Initial Evaluation for Pelvic Floor problem or an Orthopedic problem
55 minutes - $195
Initial evaluation (IE) starts with a thorough hystory to learn about your symptoms and full body assessment. Pelvic floor assessment might involve an internal pelvic floor exam with patient's consent. After the evaluation, we will discuss a custom treatment plan.
Follow Up Visit
45 minutes - $145
Treatment may involve specific exercises, education on lifestyle adjustments/habit changes and manual therapy. Individualized home exercise program will be created to relieve symptoms are promote positive long term results.
Labor & Delivery Preparation
55 minutes - $195
This session is specifically catered to preparing for labor and delivery. Learn intentional movements and positions during labor, perineal massage, relaxation, and breathing exercises that will help with the pushing phase of birth and healthy postpartum recovery. Any aches and pains experienced during your pregnancy can be discussed during this session.
Payment
We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not work with any insurance companies. Payment is collected at the time of service. Your sessions will be one-on-one. 'Superbills' are provided upon request. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, checks.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can modify your appointment directly on the online booking portal before the 48 hours period. After that, please contact your provider via email or text to notify them.
A no show or late cancel less than 48 hours will be charged a $100 fee. This fee does not apply for illness or medical emergencies.
